That isn’t a bug anyway since by design, quests aren’t guaranteed to be ordered by “progression” in terms of areas visited. Quest ordering, etc, can be looked into at some point, but it would be a low priority.
i am totally agrre that it is far away of a priority. But if it hasn’t been yet reported, it have to be for a day coming… later…
