Cant log into the Game

Hello,
Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to the game. Every time, I receive a message stating that the username or password is incorrect. My login credentials here on the forum should be identical to my in-game credentials, shouldn't they? What can I do? Please help. Thanks a lot! :)

Because Hellgate uses an older system, you cannot log in unless TLS 1.2 is enabled.
Please enable TLS 1.2 and try logging in again.

Is it the same fix for the issue on windows 10? Thanks

Edit: I’ve just checked I have tls 1.2 enabled.
