OK maybe its just me but when I start the game you start the game whit level 1 and 1 point already spent in one skill
then when you level to 50 and you count the points I count 49 in total that’s whit the 1 point you start whit
So aim short 1 ore is it when you level 50 you don’t level just 50 but level 50 rank 1 and that point is lost in expertise

That shouldn’t happen. You get 1 skill point per level, and begin with your first point already spent.
From then on, you earn 49 levels = 49 points.
After that, it’s ranks (or 5 extra levels) and there’s also the bonus skill points you get in other places.
