If you already created an in-game account by following instructions on Quickstart Guide or Signup on the project’s front page (please keep in mind that in-game and forum accounts are not the same thing, and you need the former to log in), and yet it doesn’t work, then either you’re entering incorrect credentials (e.g. from your forum account) or there’s a typo somewhere, or your account/password is not under 20 characters (19 or less), about which the Signup page warns during registration process.
