Also I am littlebit confused I was registered a beta account and this one.Which one is working.

I’m afraid I don’t know why the download would keep getting interrupted. I’ll ask around for any other mirrors, if ours doesn’t work for you - and hope it goes through regardless.
On accounts, this one would be your forum account. Your game account, created through the signup page, should be the one working for online play.
Do keep in mind that all accounts had their contents wiped in October 2020, however. So if yours was created before then it’d be empty character-wise, but it’d still be a functional game account.
Unfortunately my old account wiped , I had to create a new one and finally downloaded.
