Unfortunately sometimes mythic items under some very specific and rare circumstances can roll with too high item level that would prevent it from being equipable on characters due to exceedingly high level requirements.
Did you drop it yourself somewhere, or have you bought it from Consignment House?
Dawn of the Dead is well known to occasionally produce such items.
