I’m pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I have to ask.
If i had sent items to the wrong zmail address, and the acct hasn’t been active for months or even a year, there’s no way that someone could hop onto the account and send it back to me? If not, then the only other thing is to wait for the person to arrive some day and do the right thing (or consider it as lost and move on).

We have a very strict policy of not accessing players’ accounts without request and explicit consent. And while I see the argument for doing so in this case, we also lack access to player credentials (which is why they need to be shared when an issue requires intervention). So I’m afraid we can’t intervene in such a way.
That said, if the items were valuable and the account is truly abandoned, I may be able to arrange for some replacements. Kindly PM me about the items in question and I’ll see what might be done.

I understand the policy, and I thank you, but a replacement won’t be necessary.
The items can be farmed easily or purchased from the CH. The near impossible part will be to try and replicate the incredible stats. Oh well…
